Be sure and repeat the words "I am..." while searching for each word. The words "I am increasingly..." work better when the adjectives in the puzzle aren't quite true yet.  The words "I am..." are very powerful. (Statements such as "I'm such a klutz!" shouldn't be taken too lightly.)  Thinking about these statements is a good thing.  Saying them out loud is better.  

    Take your time and steep yourself in the feeling of what it's like to be the word that you're searching for.  If the words are true about you then immerse yourself in the knowledge of their truth.    Like everything else; the more you put into it the more you'll get out.
