Psoriasis is caused by intestinal permeability particularly in the area between the duodenum and the jejunum whereupon the body seeks to eliminate the toxins through the skin.  The psoriasis related skin pathology represents the body's desperate attempt to cleanse itself.

A vegetarian diet is the primary cure avoiding the nightshade vegetable group (tomatoes, tobacco, eggplant, peppers, white potatoes, and paprika).  Psychological encouragement is recommended as visible improvement can take up several months to manifest and the restricted diet can be a challenging lifestyle change for some.  Colonic irrigation, or an enema, will notably speed up recovery time.
